Meet Cliff

Cliff is quite the character and decides to spent each spring out on the lake patiently waiting for it to melt....well he does take time for spring break.  With the help of the folks from Black's Cliff resort his plunge helps to raise for the Center.  Below see what he thought about his visit with Hortense recently.

April 11, '07 "Cliff stopped into the Northwoods Wildlife Center to drop off the Ice Out winnings to the Center. There were many willing hands to accept the 115 dollars. The bear cubs at the center were hiding so instead the winner was Hortense the Turkey Vulture. Cliff was sure to not get to close to Hortense.  Hortense had other ideas and in the end got was happy to grab the money from Cliff. Cliff in the meantime was thinking that getting a kiss from Linda was a lot less intimidating than facing Hortense.  Stop at the Center and you can meet Hortense in person. Cliff suggests admiring her from afar unless you have 115 dollars to distract her with."
