2010 Wooden Canoe Raffle

All ticket sale proceeds go towards helping the Northwoods Wildlife Center
complete its mission.

Once again the Northwoods Wildlife Center is selling raffle tickets for a beautiful handcrafted wooden canoe!!! You can have a chance to win this wonderful canoe while helping us afford feeding our large patient load!!

This year's canoe is a 12' American Traders Trapper Canoe. Constructed by craftsman in Canada, it is white cedar and walnut with white ash highlights. The canoe only weighs 42 pounds, which makes it VERY easy to load onto your car.

The canoe is on display at the Northwoods Wildlife Center, when it is not out at one of the wonderful Northwoods Craft Fairs! Keep watching status reports to see where the canoe will be...and help us help the animals with your raffle purchase!

Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.
Tickets can be purchased at the Northwoods Wildlife Center during business hours or at many of the Craft Fairs and Festivals held throughout the Northwoods.  Just a sampling of where we will be:
Spring Arts & Craft Festival, Torpy Park, Minocqua (June 5-6)
Christmas in July, Community Park, St. Germain (July 8)
Pig in the Pines, Community Park, St. Germain (Aug. 5-7)
Beef-a-Rama, Torpy Park, Minocqua (Sept. 25)
Eagle River Cranberry Fest, Vilas Cty Fair Grounds, Eagle River (Oct. 2-3)
