Hortense-Turkey vulture

Injury:  Amputation at left elbow 

Hortense is a Turkey vulture that was transferred to the Center from Milwaukee's Wildlife Animal Rehabilitation Center. She weighs four pounds and is a permanent resident of the Northwoods Wildlife Center.
